Opportunity description

We are looking for a service provider to conduct a childcare waiting times study for 2026-2030. The purpose of this contract is to monitor waiting times in childcare in the European Netherlands and the Caribbean Netherlands and to report on this annually. By monitoring, we mean tracking trends in waiting times and interpreting these trends. This monitoring provides insight into figures (quantitative) on the one hand and further interpretation (qualitative) on the other. The following question is central to this contract: How will waiting times in day care (KDV), childminder care (GOO) and out-of-school care (BSO) develop in the years 2026 through 2030, and how do various variables affect these waiting times? The scope of the contract has been estimated partly on the basis of the empirical figures from recent years and the current need. The estimated value of the contract is €450,000 excluding VAT.
