Netherlands – Road tunnel construction work – HOV4 Underpass A2N2

Opportunity description

For the integration of the High-Quality Public Transport connection Eindhoven Centrum – Veldhoven De Run (HOV4), the existing underpass of the De Meierij civil engineering structure must be modified, and a new underpass for cyclists and pedestrians must be added. The contract consists of further developing the design into a construction-ready design, specifications and drawings, and its implementation. The contractor is also responsible for carrying out the investigations required for the work, obtaining the necessary permits and exemptions, the (temporary) traffic measures and participation with stakeholders. This procurement procedure includes a target budget of 12,000,000 (excluding VAT, price level January 2026). The target budget has been established to ensure that the contract can be carried out within the available resources. Candidates cannot derive any rights or expectations from the target budget.
