Netherlands – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – The collection of drain and/or ditch water samples and the performance of field measurements for the National Monitoring Network for the Effects of the Manure Policy (LMM)

Opportunity description

The National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) is tendering the collection of drain and/or ditch water samples and the performance of field measurements at agricultural holdings in the Netherlands. These activities are carried out for the National Monitoring Network for the Effects of the Manure Policy (LMM). The contract comprises: Sampling of drain and ditch water at agricultural holdings in the Netherlands; Performance of field measurements during sampling; Associated organizational activities such as: Preparations, Planning, Communication with participating holdings, Digital registration; Performance of additional assignments whose working methods align with the LMM sampling activities; Education and training of personnel in accordance with working instructions established by the RIVM; Possible provision of transport to collect samples from samplers and deliver them to the laboratory for analysis (if this is not arranged separately). The analysis of the samples and the supply of analysis materials, sample bottles and reagents fall outside the scope of this contract. The contract is being tendered as a single whole and is not divided into lots. The estimated contract value is € 7.280.000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of € 9.464.000 excluding VAT over the entire term. The submission of variants is not permitted. The maximum term of the framework agreement is 5 years and 2 months. The purpose of this European tender is to conclude a framework agreement between the RIVM and one contractor for the performance of these activities. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 7,280,000 EUR.
