The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude one framework agreement (hereinafter: Agreement) with one Tenderer per lot. The contract comprises carrying out repairs to the municipal sewer system and remedying emergencies and incidental complaints arising within sewer management. This concerns both non-urgent and urgent work throughout the entire public space of the municipality of Venlo. The total contract value (all lots combined) over the entire term of the agreement amounts to approximately €5.070.000,- excluding VAT. The work for lots 1 through 4 broadly consists of cleaning and inspection work and minor civil engineering work relating to sewer systems. The most common work includes (non-exhaustive): • Cleaning and/or removing obstructions in municipal house and gully connections; • Repairing defects or breaks in house and gully connections; • Repairing defects or breaks in the main sewer from the outside; • Installing PVC house connections in accordance with standard details, including for incidental new construction; • Newly installing, replacing and/or repairing (defective) gullies, linear drains and similar facilities; • Providing a 24/7 emergency service for urgent assignments, including cleaning and unblocking house and gully connections; • Providing assistance in resolving sewer and flooding problems in public spaces, at residents’ premises and at businesses; • Incidental cleaning of main, mini and pressure pumping stations. The expected scope for the total term of the agreement for lot 1 amounts to approximately €1.500.000,- excluding VAT. The work for lots 1 through 4 broadly consists of cleaning and inspection work and minor civil engineering work relating to sewer systems.
