Opportunity description

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to contract one specialized contractor for the integrated implementation of the ‘Energy Fixers’ project within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. Through this project, the municipality aims to support at least 400 vulnerable households experiencing energy poverty by providing appropriate energy advice on the available measures and directly installing the most effective energy-saving measures. In addition, the project establishes an active connection with the social domain. The aim is to achieve maximum social impact through the combination of three pillars: making homes more sustainable, alleviating poverty, and implementing learning pathways for residents who are distanced from the labor market. The initial budget ceiling for the performance of the contract is € 301,000, excluding VAT. Within this budget and within the initial term of one (1) year and four (4) months, the contractor must support at least 400 unique households from the target group. The maximum total contract value under the framework agreement is € 451,500, excluding VAT, over the maximum term of three (3) years and four (4) months. Procedure: open.
