Opportunity description

The scope includes Work Exploration programmes that meet the requirements set out in the Schedule of Requirements (Annex 8) and are carried out in accordance with the Service Delivery Model drawn up by Senzer (Annex 3). This means that Tenderers are expected to offer work-based learning placements where, in accordance with the methodology described in the Schedule of Requirements, work is carried out towards the objective of guidance/support within Work Exploration described in paragraph 2.3. The Jobseekers are thereby supervised by a Professional who acts in accordance with the performance requirements set out in the Schedule of Requirements. For further information, we refer you to the procurement guidelines. The estimated value of this Contract is € 3,036,000, excluding VAT, for a term of six years (3 times 2 years) across all 5 lots. In recent years, under the heading of Work Placements, activation and work-readiness placements, and programmes aimed at participation, reintegration and employment, Senzer has procured a number of work-based learning placements from cooperation partners (entered into contracts). At these work-based learning placements, Senzer placed Jobseekers who were a long way from the labour market.
