Opportunity description
KWV concerns a family-oriented residential arrangement for young people, in principle aged 12 to 18, in which guidance and supervision are provided 24/7 by permanent specialist caregivers in a small-scale setting of four to six young people. The central aim is to ensure that young people can grow up in their own environment. Within KWV, the following principles are central: 1. a homelike environment and normalization; 2. proximity to their own network; 3. retention of school, sports and social environment; 4. shared parenting; 5. systemic working; 6. unconditional accommodation; 7. prevention of unwanted transfers; 8. permanent specialist guidance in small teams. KWV is regarded as a strategic facility within the regional care landscape. The target group, the limited scale and the high staffing and substantive requirements mean that active regional direction is necessary. 0 Procedure: open.
