Opportunity description

The municipality of Coevorden is looking for a supplier for a new permits, supervision and enforcement application (VTH application). The contract includes supplying, implementing and maintaining the software application, which also provides scope for future changes in laws and regulations. The application must be fully implemented and accepted before 1 July 2027. This contract has a maximum estimated value of € 825,000, -. This amount is all-inclusive. This means all costs, including implementation, migration, training and commissioning. The available budget is capped at this amount and constitutes the ceiling amount for the performance of the entire contract, including all possible extensions. The budget available for the contract may not be exceeded. No rights may be derived from this estimate. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 825,000 EUR.
