Delivery, implementation, management and maintenance of an ERP system for GGD Zuid-Limburg. The contract concerns the delivery, implementation, configuration, training, management, maintenance and further development of an integrated ERP system for GGD Zuid-Limburg. The ERP system must support GGD Zuid-Limburg’s operational management processes, including, in any case, finance, procurement, contract management, HRM and related business processes. The agreement is entered into for an initial period of four (4) years and may be extended a maximum of five (5) times, each time for two (2) years. The maximum contract term is fourteen (14) years.
