Opportunity description

The purpose of this procurement is to lawfully contract a supplier(s) to provide, implement, host, manage, configure and support a real estate management application and a software solution for educational housing. The intended application(s) must optimally support the municipality in managing municipal real estate and educational housing. Lot 1: The solution must support the municipality in the integrated management of the municipal real estate portfolio and the execution of the associated operational, administrative, financial and policy processes. In doing so, the software must facilitate the complete real estate management processes, including managing property data, contracts, maintenance, operations, sustainability, finances and reports. Lot 2: The solution must support the municipality in the integrated management of educational facilities and collaboration with school boards. In doing so, the software must facilitate the complete administrative and policy processes relating to educational housing, including processing applications, supporting decision-making processes, managing real estate data and providing management information. The municipality is seeking one contractor for the delivery, implementation, configuration, management, maintenance and support of a real estate management system (VMS) to support municipal tasks in the field of real estate management.
