Opportunity description

The municipality of Utrecht intends to conclude an agreement concerning the implementation and operation of a learning platform as a SaaS service, as well as related services such as connecting back-end applications and services. The agreement will be entered into for a period of four years and may be extended unilaterally by the municipality for two periods of two years under unchanged conditions. The scope of the project comprises the following components: - Providing a learning platform as a SaaS service: Implementing, making available and maintaining this application in accordance with agreed KPIs; - Implementing and configuring this standard application in accordance with minimum requirements and the functionality offered; - Implementing the necessary interfaces with the IT infrastructure of the municipality of Utrecht; - Training users (in particular, management of the Learning Platform). The municipality of Utrecht estimates the total value of the contract over the initial term of the agreement at 1,280,000 euros (excluding VAT and including licences and implementation costs). The estimate is based on estimates of the costs of the solution and the cumulative management costs. Procedure: restricted.
