Opportunity description

The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) is working within the Nationwide Coverage Network (LDN) programme on the creation of a nationwide network of infrastruc-tures and generic functions. This is necessary for secure, reliable and interoperable elec-tronic data exchange in healthcare. The estimated value of all specific contracts under the framework agreement is € 10,000,000 excluding VAT, based on approximately 12 pilots averaging € 500,000 per pilot and PoCs and pilots for the infrastructure. This estimate is based on previous experience and estimates by the contracting authority. No rights may be derived from this. The maximum value of the framework agreement as a whole is € 15,000,000 excluding VAT. Is this maximum value reached? Then the framework agreement ends by operation of law, even if the end date has not yet been reached. No purchase guarantee may be derived from the framework agreement. Procedure: open.
