The Municipality of Velsen is putting out to tender the purchase of an application for carrying out work in the area of ITIL/FMIS tasks. The Contract to be tendered concerns at least: • supplying the ICT solution as Software-as-a-Service; • technically implementing the ICT solution, including the integrations; • configuring the ICT solution organizationally together with the Contracting Authority; • initially educating, training and instructing the Contracting Authority's employees; • technically managing and functionally maintaining the ICT solution; • providing support for the Contracting Authority's functional management.
