Opportunity description
The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a service agreement with one (1) contractor for the implementation of an open carpool network for travelers to and/or from the regions in North Brabant and Limburg, supported by a carpool application and a targeted approach to activation among employers, healthcare institutions, and educational institutions. SmartwayZ.NL is conducting the procurement for five implementing organizations: the 3 implementing organizations in Limburg (Trendsportal, Midden-Limburg Bereikbaar and Zuid Limburg Bereikbaar) and 2 implementing organizations in North Brabant (Brainport Bereikbaar and Brabant Bereikbaar), with the aim of achieving a uniform working method and economies of scale in setting up a sound carpool network.
