The objective of the procurement is as follows: To conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the maintenance of Public Lighting. This will enable the contracting authority to have organized the maintenance of Public Lighting in a lawful and efficient manner from 1 July 2026. The contract mainly consists of: The general work for functionally maintaining the public lighting in the municipality of Midden-Drenthe, consisting of approximately 8,475 light points (see 2.3.1 current situation), and managing and maintaining a 24-hour fault reporting service.
