As Legal Adviser for Public Order and Safety / BIiBOB Coordinator, you will work in the Governance and Executive Support team. You are the legal linchpin in advising on and strengthening local safety. You support colleagues and advise the mayor on interventions, local regulations, policy and decision-making (such as residential property closures and orders subject to periodic penalty payments). You also represent the mayor in objection and appeal proceedings. In addition, you are the coordinator for the Bibob Act: you establish work processes, provide advice, conduct complex investigations and work closely with the RIEC. In connection with maternity leave, we are temporarily seeking an employee to take on these duties. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 144,000 EUR.
