Zorginstituut Nederland is seeking a Realisation Project Manager. The Realisation Project Manager we are seeking is responsible for directing the development and realisation of information products within KIK-V, connecting content, collaboration and results. You manage not only progress and delivery, but also ensure effective collaboration and clear decision-making between the development team, product owners, management organisation and data station suppliers. You also explicitly fulfil the role of Scrum Master for the development team and contribute to strengthening the Agile working method and team maturity. The assignment requires a professional who connects content, technology and the organisation and, from that position, also actively contributes to tactical and strategic issues within the programme, including governance, standardisation and the future-proofing of information provision. Activities You provide daily direction to a multidisciplinary development team consisting of information analysts, ontologists and linked data engineers. In the role of Scrum Master, you facilitate the Agile Scrum working method by organising sprint planning sessions, refinements, reviews and retrospectives. You encourage a culture of continuous improvement, strengthen collaboration within the team and promote ownership and self-organisation. You are also responsible for establishing and safeguarding governance surrounding the development of information products. You ensure clear roles, responsibilities, processes and decision-making structures and safeguard coherence between development, implementation, acceptance testing, management and collaboration with data station suppliers. Through timely coordination among all parties involved, you ensure a smooth handover to management and a sustainable organisation of the development chain. From a substantive perspective, you act as a sparring partner for the development team and programme management in the field of Linked Data. You understand the trade-offs made within semantic modelling and translate these into understandable choices for stakeholders. You also manage the consistent application of Linked Data principles within the various information products and provide support in prioritising innovations and product development. At the tactical and strategic level, you translate the programme frameworks into workable processes and concrete working methods. You identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement and advise programme management on appropriate measures and development directions. In doing so, you make a demonstrable contribution to the further professionalisation of the organisation and the achievement of the programme objectives. Finally, you are responsible for establishing and safeguarding quality throughout the entire development process. You coordinate acceptance testing and handover moments, ensure complete documentation and recording of working methods and agreements, and ensure that the delivered information products are transferable, manageable and future-proof. The results of this role are an effectively collaborating chain of development team, product owners, management organisation and suppliers, a safeguarded governance and decision-making structure, a mature Agile Scrum team, consistent application of Linked Data principles and high-quality, manageable information products that demonstrably contribute to the tactical and strategic objectives of the programme.
