The services include recruiting, selecting, contracting, and the administrative processing of temporary personnel. By hiring temporary workers, the Contracting Authority aims to ensure continuity in education and in its services in the event of illness among its own permanent staff and when these vacancies cannot be filled by the Contracting Authority itself.
