With this procurement procedure, Yuverta aims to contract external partners again for the temporary hiring of personnel. This concerns the deployment of flexible capacity for: • Teaching positions (OP) such as (but not limited to) teachers, instructors and subject-matter specialists; • Support positions (OBP) such as (but not limited to) positions within the HR, Operations (Accommodation and Facilities, Finance, Procurement and Contract Management, Digitalisation, Student Administration), Marketing and Communications, Planning and Control departments. From administrative positions to project leaders, policy advisers and managers/school leaders. This concerns temporary staffing, secondment and payroll services. Lot 1: Teaching staff (all pay scales) Contract value Estimated value: € 4.000.000,- and maximum value: € 6.000.000,- Lot 2: Support staff and teaching support staff (all pay scales) Contract value Estimated value: € 3.400.000,- and maximum value: € 5.000.000,- Lot 3: Payroll Contract value Estimated value: € 600.000,- and maximum value: € 900.000,- Temporary staffing and secondment for the following types of positions (not limited to): o Teacher positions; o Instructor positions; o Teaching assistant. Lot 1: Teaching staff (all pay scales) Contract value Estimated value: € 4.000.000,- and maximum value: € 6.000.000,- Temporary staffing and secondment for the following types of positions (not limited to): o Administrative/operational/support positions (e.g. student administration, financial administration, personnel and payroll administration, operational procurement); o Secretarial positions (e.g. management assistant, telephone operator/receptionist); o ICT positions (e.g. network management, systems administration); o Facilities positions (e.g. caretaker, host/hostess); o Timetable planners/education planners; o Advisory positions (e.g. procurement, finance, planning & control, HR, accommodation, functional management, marketing & communications); o Educational adviser; o Interim manager. Per year Estimated value € 850.000,- maximum value: € 1.250.000,- Contract value Estimated value: € 3.400.000,- and maximum value: € 5.000.000,- Payroll services concern outsourcing the administrative and legal aspects of being an employer in accordance with the applicable collective labour agreement to a payroll organisation, whereby the payroll organisation enters into an employment relationship with the payroll employee and makes the payroll employee available to the contracting authority, which has itself handled the recruitment and selection of the payroll employee. In practice, we see in particular that animal caretakers are placed under the payroll arrangement.
