Opportunity description

• Performing supervisory and enforcement duties within the framework of, among other things, the Environment and Planning Act and the Environmental Management Act; • Independently carrying out and coordinating inspections at SME companies; • Identifying violations and – if necessary – taking enforcement action within several regular policy areas; • Preparing reports, findings and administrative processing following inspections carried out; • Promptly identifying when specialist support or legal expertise is necessary; • Providing information to stakeholders and representing the Utrecht Environmental Service vis-à-vis contracting authorities, residents and companies.
