Opportunity description

The Municipality of Maastricht will conclude a framework agreement with four (4) winning tenderers for the City Management organizational unit. This contract includes, among others, the following positions: driver, environmental park employee, cleaning employee (leaf blowing, sweeping, etc.), loader, control room employee, gardener, green space supervisor and foreman, visual quality inspector, litter employee, back-office employee, cemetery employee (administrative or otherwise), (this list is not exhaustive). The municipality reserves the right, if and insofar as it deems appropriate, to meet a staffing need wholly or partly by using candidates whom the municipality obtains or can deploy through other lawful means within the framework of public labor market, participation, reintegration, development, or work-study programs. Insofar as the municipality makes use of this option, the contractor has no exclusive right of supply in respect of such deployment and no entitlement to purchases, turnover, or compensation. The contract covers only the staffing needs for which the municipality actually calls upon the contractor. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 16,000,000 EUR.
