Netherlands – Supporting services for the government – Emergency Energy Fund 2026-2027

Opportunity description

The government has set the objective of opening an Emergency Energy Fund before the end of 2026 in order to provide financial assistance to people with the lowest incomes and a comparatively high energy bill. All households that qualify for financial assistance can also receive it. The Contract was awarded through a negotiated procedure without prior publication (Article 2.32, first paragraph, under b 2nd, of the Public Procurement Act) to Stichting Tijdelijk Noodfonds Energie (Stichting TNE), established in The Hague. Stichting TNE is the only party capable of performing the Contract based on both the requirements to be imposed on the Contractor and the requirements and preconditions to be imposed on the performance of the contract.
