The procurement focuses on the following areas: · The ability to book international business travel (air, train, possibly boat travel, overnight stays and local transport): o Via an online (self-service) platform for individual bookings; o Arranging and booking group travel (for 10 or more people) via a consultant; · A 24-hour service in the event of incidents and emergencies; · Support in providing information concerning travel and booking, changing and cancelling travel; · Providing the necessary (travel) documentation/travel documents; · Reclaiming unused tickets; · Providing management information.
