Netherlands – Veterinary services – Supply, stocking and Distribution of vaccines against Lumpy skin disease

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to combat Lumpy skin disease (LSD) at the time of an outbreak in the Netherlands. For this purpose, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an Agreement for the Supply, stocking and Distribution of vaccines against the LSD virus. See chapter 2.5 of the procurement document. Maximum contract value €5.820.000,- excluding VAT. The total scope of the contract and thus the total contract value is difficult to estimate given its indeterminacy (unpredictability of animal disease outbreaks). The actual scope of the contract depends on whether a crisis occurs, the scale of this crisis and the number of outbreaks during such a crisis. With regard to the ultimately estimated contract value, it should therefore be noted that this value is uncertain and may be considerably lower or higher. In view of the above, the Contractor cannot derive any rights from the estimated/maximum value and quantities.
