Procurement of winter maintenance in parking lots (Sonsveien, Kambo, Moss, Rygge, Råde and Fredrikstad) on the stretch Ås – Halden. The contract shall include snow ploughing including gritting sand/thawing agents as well as removal of snow as needed. The contract shall also include spring sweeping for the entire stretch.
