Opportunity description
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of expert services supporting the implementation of the project “Civic Education for Change – Development and implementation of innovative methodological and teaching solutions in the field of civic education”. The agreement will be implemented under the predefined project “Civic Education for Change – Development and implementation of innovative methodological and teaching solutions in the field of civic education”, financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2021–2028, under the “Local Development” Programme, for which the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy acts as the Programme Operator. The project partner is the European Wergeland Centre (Norway). The Contracting Authority plans to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of 11 Contractors whose tenders receive the highest scores based on the criteria specified in Chapter XIX of the SWZ, from among the tenders not subject to rejection submitted in response to the contract notice, and then award specific contracts pursuant to Art. 314. sec. 1 point 1 of the uPzp. For services commissioned under framework agreements for the provision of expert services supporting the implementation of the project “Civic Education for Change – Development and implementation of innovative methodological and teaching solutions in the field of civic education” (specific contracts), the Contracting Authority intends to allocate a total gross amount of PLN 1 000 000. The above amount applies jointly to agreements concluded following this procedure and agreements concluded with contractors selected in procedure No DZP.261.8.2026.
