Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the basic contract is the planning and implementation of a campaign by the Ministry of Finance through the implementation of the Activities covered by the Price Form (cost estimate), Appendix A1 to the Tender Form – Price Form (cost estimate) / Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Contractual Provisions, and described in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Contractual Provisions. 1.1. under the option right: 1.1.1. the option will consist in extending the contractual commitment indicated in point 2.1 of the SWZ and in § 1 of the Draft Contractual Provisions (PPU). Detailed information on the option right is contained in § 11 of the PPU. 1.1.2. The Contracting Authority’s failure to exercise its option rights shall not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor. 2. Detailed specification of: 2.1. the type of the Contractor’s Activities referred to in section 2.1 is contained in the Price Form (cost estimate) constituting Appendix A1 to the Tender Form – Price Form (cost estimate) / Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Contractual Provisions; 2.2. the subject matter of the contract is contained in the Draft Contractual Provisions (PPU) constituting Appendix H to the SWZ and in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the PPU. 3.
