1. The subject of the contract is the conduct of information and promotional activities aimed at disseminating knowledge about succession in family businesses, with particular emphasis on enterprises located in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. 2. The main elements of the contract will be: conducting promotional activities on social media, developing a series of educational posts, preparing graphic designs, producing video materials, producing reels, printing and delivering an information brochure, printing and delivering posters, and providing succession experts/speakers for information meetings. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1D to the SWZ and will be incorporated as Appendix No. 2 to the public procurement contract. 4. The conditions for performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract—the model contract—and constitute Appendix No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 5. As part of the contract, the contractor will be required to transfer to the Contracting Authority the economic copyrights to the materials created during performance of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the model contract. 6. Pursuant to the provision arising from Art. 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract that consist of work performed in the manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974—Labour Code, Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465, as amended). 7.
