Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of an information and promotional campaign as part of own projects implemented under the European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027 programme. Measure 6.3 Modern regional employment services. Projects: “EURES in the Warsaw Capital Region 1” and “EURES in the Mazovian Regional Region 1” Measure 6.5 Support for employers and employees. Projects: “Entrepreneur, invest in your staff! 1” and “Entrepreneur, invest in your staff! 2”. The procedure consists of two parts. The comprehensive implementation of the Part I service includes the following tasks: 1. Preparation and promotion of posts for the Facebook social media platform. 2. Preparation and broadcasting of a radio spot. The contract is financed under Measure 6.5 of the European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027 Programme, projects “Entrepreneur, invest in your staff! 1” and “Entrepreneur, invest in your staff! 2”. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Contract performance period for: Part I - 3 months from the date of signing the Contract. The timeframe for performing the subject of the contract is specified in detail in Point II of the OPZ for Part I - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The comprehensive implementation of the Part II service includes the following tasks: 1. Preparation and promotion of a campaign on LinkedIn. 2. Preparation and promotion of posts on the Facebook social media platform. 3. Preparation and promotion of Google ADS advertising 4. Broadcasting of radio spots. 5. Display on LCD media installed in traction vehicles operating regional rail connections in the Mazovian Voivodeship. The contract is financed under Measure 6.3 of the European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027 Programme, projects “EURES in the Warsaw Capital Region 1” and “EURES in the Mazovian Regional Region 1” A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Contract performance period for: Part II - 4 months from the date of signing the Contract. Individual elements of the campaign may be implemented during different time periods, but the whole will not exceed the established 4-month period calculated from the date of signing the Contract. The schedule for implementing the individual parts will be agreed by the Parties in accordance with the adopted campaign assumptions, provided that completion must take place no later than 14.12.2026 due to the completion of the projects.
