1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1) Supply and installation of antenna systems for the Police Radiocommunication System at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority 2) Supply and installation of radio link spans at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3) Supply and installation of the Alarm Monitoring and Notification Module, including the commissioning of a supervisory workstation at the Contracting Authority's premises and monitored workstations at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority 4) Transport of Base Station equipment from the Contracting Authority's warehouse to the final installation site. 5) Preparation of documentation for the proposed solution for each of the locations covered by the contract 2. All details related to the performance of the contract are specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and the draft contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ). 3. If the documents comprising the description of the subject matter of the contract indicate the trade name of a company, goods or product, the Contracting Authority—with regard to the parameters or data (technical or any other) expressly indicated in the procurement documentation that identify the goods or product—allows equivalent solutions compliant with the technical data and parameters contained in the aforementioned documentation. Equivalent solutions shall be understood as solutions characterized by parameters no worse than those required and contained in the documentation. 4. In accordance with Art. 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems described in the contract documentation. 5. ATTENTION! The Contracting Authority informs that, acting pursuant to Art. 18(4) and Art. 133(3) of the Public Procurement Law, it does not make part of the SWZ available on the website of the procurement procedure due to the need to protect the confidential nature of the information contained in the SWZ. Access to this information will be possible during the mandatory site visit. 6. Information related to conducting the site visit is contained in Chapter IV.10 of the SWZ 1.
