Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of food products to the 35 WOG, i.e. milk and dairy products, bread and confectionery products, animal fats intended for the ongoing feeding of soldiers, carried out pursuant to the candidate Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 4.12.2014 on free meals for professional soldiers and soldiers performing service (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1604, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 24.03.2011 on meals for soldiers in active military service (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1134, as amended), and other legal acts. The contracting authority divided the subject matter of the contract into three parts. The subject matter of the contract for part No. 1 is the supply of milk and dairy products intended for meals in canteens within the area of responsibility of the 35 WOG. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for part No. 2 is provided in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract for part No. 2 is the supply of bread and confectionery products intended for meals in canteens within the area of responsibility of the 35 WOG. The subject matter of the contract for part No. 3 is the supply of animal fats intended for meals in canteens within the area of responsibility of the 35 WOG.
