Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of two brand-new (year of manufacture 2026) agricultural tractors with forestry equipment. The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into lots. The tractors ordered belong to the same type of goods, offered by the same contractors, and the size of the contract allows entities from the small and medium-sized enterprise sector to participate in the procedure and perform the entire subject matter of the contract. The purchase of homogeneous equipment also results in economic benefits associated with having the equipment serviced by one company and the possibility of purchasing a single diagnostic software package. Training employees on one type of equipment will provide greater scope for rotating the persons operating the purchased tractors. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of two brand-new (year of manufacture 2026) agricultural tractors with forestry equipment Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract; 1) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and its specification are contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). 2) Additional information: a) Minimum required warranty period – 12 months or 2,000 engine hours, calculated from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol for the delivery of the subject matter of the agreement. b) The Contractor shall provide warranty and post-warranty servicing for the subject matter of the delivery. When signing the agreement, the Supplier is required to present the manufacturer’s authorization documents for performing servicing activities, i.e. a declaration demonstrating that the performance of warranty services by the Supplier will not deprive the Contracting Authority of the manufacturer’s warranty. c) The authorized stationary service point may not be located more than 150 km from the Contracting Authority’s registered office. During the warranty period, the machine shall be transported to the service point free of charge, arranged and paid for by the contractor. d) In the event of a machine failure, the Contractor shall ensure that a diagnosis is made within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of notification by e-mail from the Contracting Authority. The repair shall be completed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the failure is reported (in objectively justified cases, within a period agreed with the Contracting Authority, calculated from the date on which diagnostics are performed). e) The Contractor shall provide servicing under the warranty, including service inspections, within 5 working days from the date of notification by e-mail from the Contracting Authority. f) The Contractor shall organize training for the Contracting Authority’s employees in driving, operating, using and maintaining the device at its location, i.e. 66-200 Świebodzin, ul. Poznańska 10, within 5 days from the date of delivery of the device. g) Before concluding the agreement, the Contractor shall be required to submit a civil liability insurance policy covering the activities included in the Subject Matter of the Agreement for an amount of no less than PLN 500,000.00.
