The subject matter of the contract is: mowing dense patches of alpine dock Rumex alpinus over a total area of 50 ha, together with the removal of biomass and the sowing of native plant species at sites where alpine dock occurs, in the years: 2026-2028, together with carrying out preparatory work and environmental supervision of the treatments performed, in the manner and within the area specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Requirements related to the performance of the contract concerning the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing activities specified by the Contracting Authority in connection with the performance of the contract, if the performance of those activities consists in carrying out work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277): The Contracting Authority does not specify any requirements. By submitting a tender, the Contractor declares that the subject matter of the contract is financed 100% from the funds of the project “Biodiverse Landscape Parks of the Silesian Voivodeship” under co-financing from the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Programme and will not be settled from other sources.
