Opportunity description

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of air-conditioning equipment together with its installation, assembly and commissioning at the facility of the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin located at ul. Obłońska 20A in Chełm (Tax Office in Chełm) - Stage II. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annexes to the draft contract: a) Annex No. 1 to the contract - Description of the subject of the contract b) Annex No. 2 to the contract – “Functional and Utility Program. Execution of an air-conditioning installation for the Tax Office in Chełm”, containing the following annexes: b1) drawing No. 1 – system K1 – ground floor, sections A1 and A2, b2) drawing No. 1.1. – system K2 – ground floor, section B, b3) drawing No. 2.1. – system K3 – first floor, sections A1 and A2, b4) drawing No. 2 – system K4 – first floor, section B, b5) drawing No. 3.1. – system K5 – second floor, sections A1 and A2, b6) drawing No. 3 – system K6 – second floor, section B, b7) illustrative elevation drawing – units K1, K3, K5, b8) illustrative elevation drawing – units K2, K4, K6, c) Annex No. 3 to the contract – opinion of the Provincial Monuments Conservator. 3) The air-conditioning equipment offered by the contractor must meet the requirements and have parameters no worse than those presented in the above-mentioned annexes to the contract. 1) The subject of the contract is the supply of air-conditioning equipment together with its installation, assembly and commissioning at the facility of the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin located at ul. The requirements concerning the provision of the bid bond are contained in Chapter XI of the SWZ. 5) The contracting authority requires that submission of a tender be preceded by participation in a site visit.
