The subject matter of the contract is the provision to the Ministry of Development and Technology of services involving advice, reservation, purchase and delivery of airline tickets and intermediation in obtaining visas for the Ministry's delegates. 2. Detailed information concerning the description, scope and conditions for performance of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions that will be incorporated into the contract to be concluded, and in particular the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to the contract. 3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires that, throughout the entire period of performance of the subject matter of the contract, the contractor or subcontractor employ, under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, the persons who will operate the telephone lines and the persons who will handle the e-mail addresses referred to in Chapter III(B)(1) of the OPZ. 4. The requirements concerning the employment by the contractor or subcontractor, under an employment relationship, of persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance have been specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 1.
