1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 type C road ambulance equipped with a main stretcher and stretcher trolley for the needs of the emergency medical services team of the Sądeckie Emergency Medical Service in Nowy Sącz. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall ensure that the vehicles supplied: a) are factory-new, fully operational, free from defects, not demonstration vehicles, and have not been displayed, b) their conversion standard includes at least the medical conversion, main stretcher and stretcher trolley, c) were manufactured no later than in 2026, d) their medical conversion was made and manufactured in 2026, and the Contractor possesses documents authorizing the medical equipment of the conversion to be placed on the market and used, in accordance with the Act of 07 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended), e) are ready for use. 4. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the services accompanying the delivery of the vehicle, indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 3 to this SWZ, as the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in the manner specified in those draft contractual provisions. 5. For the vehicles supplied, the Contractor must provide a warranty covering the following: a) for the base vehicle: a 24-month warranty; b) for the medical conversion: a 24-month warranty; c) for the paint coating: a 24-month warranty; d) for the medical equipment: a 24-month warranty e) for bodywork perforation: a 60-month warranty; The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 type C road ambulance equipped with a main stretcher and stretcher trolley for the needs of the emergency medical services team of the Sądeckie Emergency Medical Service in Nowy Sącz. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The purchased vehicles must meet, inter alia, the following requirements: a) the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Road Traffic Law” b) the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, as amended), c) the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 03 January 2023 on the designation of the State Emergency Medical Services system and requirements concerning the uniforms of emergency medical services team members (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 118) applicable to type C road ambulances d) the standards: PN-EN 1789+A2 or a superseding standard for the vehicle “or equivalent” and PN-EN 1865 or a superseding standard “or equivalent” for patient transport equipment – the main stretcher and stretcher trolley, including the fastening system; e) possess valid type approvals (for the vehicle together with the conversion), issued in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law f) meet the conditions specified in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 August 2022 on the detailed activities of authorities in matters relating to the authorization of vehicles for road use and specimen documents in such matters (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1849, as amended) Procedure: open.
