Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 3 (three) brand-new basic ambulances – type C road ambulances, in van configuration, with 4x4 drive and a GVW above 3.5 t, together with specialist conversion and equipment specified in the Basic Order, as well as pricing for the Option Right. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Basic Order includes the supply of 3 complete ambulances, each of which has, in particular: an automatic or manual gearbox; a mechanical patient transport system comprising a stretcher and trolley compliant with PN-EN 1865 or an equivalent standard; a mechanical stretcher base/platform with lateral movement. The Option Right includes: 1) O.1 - surcharge for replacing the mechanical stretcher system with an electro-hydraulic system together with a charging system from the vehicle installation - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 2) O.2 – portable defibrillator together with a base for mounting on a wall panel - from 0 to 3 units; 3) O.3 - active disinfection system for the medical compartment - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 4) O.4 - set of pneumatic immobilization splints - from 0 to 3 sets; 5) O.5 - set of SPLINT-type immobilization splints - from 0 to 3 sets; 6) O.6 - stabilizing vacuum mattress together with a pump - from 0 to 3 units; 7) O.7 - short orthopedic board/KED-type immobilization vest - from 0 to 3 units. 8) O.8 – scoop stretcher - from 0 to 3 units; 9) O.9 – cardiology chair with a track system - from 0 to 3 units; 10) O.10 – long orthopedic board with a head immobilization set and securing straps - from 0 to 3 units; 11) O.11 – ventilator - from 0 to 3 units; 12) O.12 – automatic chest compression device - from 0 to 3 units; 13) O.13 – intraosseous access driver - from 0 to 3 units; 14) O.14 – bacteriostatic blanket - from 0 to 3 units. 15) O.15– portable transport stretcher with a rigid aluminum frame - from 0 to 3 units; 16) O.16 – triage sorting kit with a KAM vest - from 0 to 3 sets; 17) O.17 – protective helmet – set = 3 units - from 0 to 3 sets; 18) O.18 – spike- and knife-resistant vest – set = 3 units - from 0 to 3 sets. 19) O.19 – headlamp – set = 3 units - from 0 to 3 sets.
