Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 3 (three) brand-new basic ambulances – type C road ambulances, in a van configuration, with 4x4 drive and a gross vehicle weight exceeding 3.5 t, together with specialist conversion and the equipment specified in the Basic Order, as well as pricing for the Option Right. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Basic Order includes the delivery of 3 complete ambulances, each of which has a mechanical patient transport system comprising a stretcher, transporter and securing system, as well as the remaining equipment expressly marked as covered by the Basic Order in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Option Right includes: 1) O.1 - surcharge for an electro-hydraulic patient transport and loading system - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 2) O.2 - transport defibrillator with monitoring function, together with a base or holder - from 0 to 3 units; 3) O.3 - active microorganism reduction system - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 4) O.4 - set of pneumatic splints - from 0 to 3 sets; 5) O.5 - set of SPLINT-type splints - from 0 to 3 sets; 6) O.6 - vacuum mattress with pump - from 0 to 3 units; 7) O.7 - KED-type immobilization and evacuation vest or equivalent - from 0 to 3 units; 8) O.8 - scoop stretcher - from 0 to 3 units; 9) O.9 - transport chair with a track system or equivalent - from 0 to 3 units; 10) O.10 - long spine board - from 0 to 3 units; 11) O.11 - transport ventilator - from 0 to 3 units; 12) O.12 - automatic chest compression device - from 0 to 3 units; 13) O.13 - intraosseous access driver - from 0 to 3 units; 14) O.14 - bacteriostatic blanket - from 0 to 3 units; 15) O.15 - portable transport stretcher - from 0 to 3 units; 16) O.16 - medical triage kit with KAM vest - from 0 to 3 kits; 17) O.17 - set of 3 protective helmets - from 0 to 3 sets; 18) O.18 - set of 3 puncture- and cut-resistant vests - from 0 to 3 sets; 19) O.19 - set of 3 headlamps - from 0 to 3 sets; 20) O.20 - holder for the LIFEPAK 15 defibrillator owned by the Contracting Authority - from 0 to 3 units.
