Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of equipment for endovascular repair procedures of abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the assortment and price form constituting an annex to the SWZ. 3. CPV codes provided for under this contract: 33111730-7 – angioplasty supplies V. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD, as applicable to one part of the contract. The subject matter of the contract will be performed successively from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 12 months. VI. DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT PARTS AND VARIANT TENDERS, as applicable to one part of the contract. 1. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders within the assortment specified in the price form. 2. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 3. Deliveries of equipment: - Abdominal aortic stent graft - Bifurcated iliac stent graft will take place continuously through a consignment warehouse. 4. Payments for equipment delivered to the consignment warehouse will be made after it has been used. 5. The Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with a statement of the equipment used, depending on the intensity of its use – once or at most twice a month, on the basis of which the Contractor will issue an invoice. 5. Each Contractor is entitled to submit only one tender. The submission by one Contractor of more than one tender or a tender containing alternatives will result in the rejection of all tenders submitted by that Contractor. 6. The assortment offered in the tender procedure (listed in the Price Form) must comply with the description of the subject matter of the contract and must meet the conditions for authorization for marketing in healthcare facilities in accordance with the applicable provisions of law. 7. Failure to meet any of the required parameters gives the Contracting Authority grounds to reject the tender.
