1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of feed grains for fish, intended for the Contracting Authority's fish farm. The contract includes deliveries of the following assortment: Lot 1: 1.1. Feed – estimated order quantity: 160,000 kg. • Feed wheat: Healthy, mature grain with a characteristic smell, without signs of mustiness, mould or traces of feeding by storage pests. Maximum moisture content 14.5%, total impurities maximum 5%. (10,000 kg) • Feed triticale: Healthy, mature grain with a characteristic smell, without signs of mustiness, mould or traces of feeding by storage pests. Maximum moisture content 14.5%, total impurities maximum 5% (150,000 kg) Lot 2: 1.2. Feed – estimated order quantity: 400,000 kg. • Feed wheat: Healthy, mature grain with a characteristic smell, without signs of mustiness, mould or traces of feeding by storage pests. The Contracting Authority provides for an order under the option right, but not exceeding 25% of the value of the contract for the basic order in Lot 1. Deliveries under the option right will be carried out under the same terms as the order under the option right. 1.
