Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining a final building permit decision and the provision of author's supervision for the task entitled: Thermal modernization together with renovation of the buildings of Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski General Education School Complex No. 10 at 10 Ignacego Krasickiego Street in Gdańsk, as part of the project entitled: “Improvement of energy efficiency in school buildings belonging to the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk”. The contract provides for the preparation of complete design documentation for the comprehensive modernization of the buildings: the school and the gymnasium, in order to reduce the costs of their maintenance and operation and reduce their environmental impact. 2. The scope of design work includes all works and activities necessary to perform the task, in particular: 2.1. Pre-design studies: 1) Map for design purposes; 2) Inventory of the school buildings; 3) Energy audit of the gymnasium building and connecting passage; 4) Construction and technical-installation solutions adapted to the site conditions; 5) Technical structural and construction expert assessment of the school buildings; 6) Discipline-specific expert assessments; 7) Geotechnical documentation. Geotechnical conditions and method of foundation of the building structure; 8) Mycological expert assessment of the facility, including the percentage moisture content of the buildings’ structural elements; 9) Chimney expert assessment; 10) Technical expert assessment of the fire protection status together with a fire development scenario; 11) Opinion of a Fire Protection Expert on the existing condition of the buildings; 12) Natural environment inventory, including chiropterological and ornithological inventory; 13) Dendrological documentation for the investment; 14) Materials for obtaining derogations from the applicable technical conditions (together with obtaining decisions on the aforementioned derogations) – optional; 15) Technical and implementation conditions, agreements, consents and permits related to connecting the facilities to external networks and the transport system or modifying existing connections; 16) Other studies whose preparation proves necessary during the design work. 2.2. Design documentation: Construction design together with obtaining a final building permit decision; 2) Detailed design; 3) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; 4) Bills of quantities; 5) Investor’s cost estimates; 6) Consolidated Cost Statement; 7) Promotional materials for the project; 8) Visual information at the facility. 3. The detailed scope of the contract and the performance conditions have been specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The remaining contract performance conditions have been specified in the Draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 1.
