Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining a final building permit decision and the provision of author's supervision for the task entitled: “Primary School No. 19 named after Distinguished People of the Sea at 6 Emilii Hoene Street in Gdańsk - Improvement of energy efficiency in school buildings belonging to GMG.” The contract provides for the preparation of complete design documentation for the comprehensive modernization of the school building in order to reduce the costs of its maintenance and operation and reduce the environmental impact of its activities. 2. The scope of the design work includes the Contractor's performance of all studies, analyses, arrangements and activities necessary to prepare complete, multi-discipline design documentation, including: 1) Pre-design studies prepared by the Contractor: - Map for design purposes at a scale of 1:500; - Inventory of the school buildings; - Energy audit of the gymnasium building; - Construction and technical installation solutions adapted to the site conditions; - Technical structural and construction expert assessment of the school buildings; - Discipline-specific expert assessments; - Geotechnical documentation; - Mycological expert assessment of the facility; - Chimney expert assessment; - Nature inventory, including chiropterological and ornithological inventories; - Dendrological documentation of the investment; - Materials for obtaining exemptions from the applicable technical conditions (together with obtaining decisions on the above-mentioned exemptions) – optional; - Technical and implementation conditions, agreements, consents and permits related to connecting or modifying the existing connections of the facilities to external networks and the transport system; -Other studies whose preparation proves necessary during the design work. 2) Design tasks related to the comprehensive thermal modernization of the school building and the improvement of the energy efficiency of the school building and grounds. 3) Design tasks related to the modernization and renovation of the school buildings, with possible alterations. 3. The detailed scope of the contract and the performance conditions have been specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the performance of the contract have been specified in the Draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 1.
