Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to manage and supervise the implementation of the Investment Task, in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and the Construction Contract; b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive handling of the Construction Contract with respect to its settlement, monitoring, and material and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor’s Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract; d) Managing the Construction Contract; e) Conducting environmental supervision (with respect to controlling the impact of the construction process, inter alia, on surface water and groundwater, noise, air, land surface, waste management, green area management, controlling the construction stage in terms of the use of serviceable machinery and equipment and their proper operation and maintenance, the use of means of transport and machinery without overloading or overfilling them, and moving machinery after completion of work and, in the event of a breakdown, to a designated parking place) and nature supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, the provisions agreeing the conditions for implementation of the project, and other administrative decisions in this respect. The scope of the contract also includes the following Time Option Rights– extension of the implementation of the agreement by up to 12 months in connection with the performance of construction works, as described in the Agreement.
