The subject of the contract includes the preparation of independent review reports for the design and cost-estimate documentation and the provision of investor’s supervision over the performance of construction works and settlement with the construction works contractor – as part of the following investment tasks: 1. Construction of a corduroy road in the Tarnawa Forest District (task No. 02-30-2.2-01) and Construction of a corduroy road in the Juszczyn Forest District (task No. 02-30-2.2-08) 2. Construction of stone fords in the Juszczyn Forest District (task No. 02-30-2.2-07) 3. Construction of corduroy roads and stone fords in the Budzów Forest District (task No. 02-30-2.2-02) 4. Construction of corduroy roads and stone fords in the Lachowice Forest District (task No. 02-30-2.2-03) 5. Comprehensive erosion-control development in the Jasień Forest District (task No. 02-30-2.2-06) 6. Comprehensive erosion-control development in the Skawica Forest District (task No. 02-30-2.2-09), implemented under the Project “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)” NOTE: The Contracting Authority stipulates that the contractor preparing the design documentation (and persons participating in the preparation of the design documentation) for the investment tasks for which independent review reports are to be prepared and investor’s supervision is to be provided under this contract as part of the implementation of those tasks MAY NOT provide this supervision or prepare the independent review reports. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of independent review reports for the design and cost-estimate documentation and the provision of investor’s supervision over the performance of construction works and settlement with the construction works contractor – as part of the investment tasks entitled: "Construction of a corduroy road in the Tarnawa Forest District" (task No. 02-30-2.2-01) and "Construction of a corduroy road in the Juszczyn Forest District" (task No. 02-30-2.2-08), implemented under the Project “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)” As part of the task "Construction of a corduroy road in the Tarnawa Forest District", development of a skid trail is planned by constructing corduroy roads over a section of approximately 123 linear metres. As part of the task "Construction of a corduroy road in the Juszczyn Forest District", development of a skid trail is planned by constructing corduroy roads over five sections approximately 159 linear metres, 213 linear metres, 325 linear metres, 297 linear metres and 74 linear metres long. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of independent review reports for the design and cost-estimate documentation and the provision of investor’s supervision over the performance of construction works and settlement with the construction works contractor – as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of stone fords in the Juszczyn Forest District" (task No. 02-30-2.2-07), implemented under the Project “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)” As part of the task "Construction of stone fords in the Juszczyn Forest District", the construction of two stone fords is planned. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of independent review reports for the design and cost-estimate documentation and the provision of investor’s supervision over the performance of construction works and settlement with the construction works contractor – as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of corduroy roads and stone fords in the Budzów Forest District" (task No. 02-30-2.2-02), implemented under the Project “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)” As part of the task "Construction of corduroy roads and stone fords in the Budzów Forest District", development of skid trails is planned through the construction of corduroy roads and the construction of six stone fords. The structures are planned for implementation in the Budzów Forest District, in the Palcza forest complex (1 section of corduroy road approximately 310m long) and in the Chełm forest complex (a section of corduroy road with a total length of approximately 940 m, connected by six fords).. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of independent review reports for the design and cost-estimate documentation and the provision of investor’s supervision over the performance of construction works and settlement with the construction works contractor – as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of corduroy roads and stone fords in the Lachowice Forest District" (task No. 02-30-2.2-03), implemented under the Project “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)” As part of the task "Construction of corduroy roads and stone fords in the Lachowice Forest District", the construction of three stone fords and the development of skid trails through the construction of corduroy roads are planned over the following sections: in compartment 259 – approximately 359 linear metres of corduroy road in one continuous route comprising 3 sections (approx.18m +approx.37m+ approx.304m), in compartment 260 – approximately 199 linear metres of corduroy road in 1 section; in compartment 262 – approximately 107 linear metres of corduroy road in 1 section; in compartment 282 – approximately 343 linear metres of corduroy road in one section. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of independent review reports for the design and cost-estimate documentation and the provision of investor’s supervision over the performance of construction works and settlement with the construction works contractor – as part of the investment task entitled: "Comprehensive erosion-control development in the Jasień Forest District" (task No. 02-30-2.2-06), implemented under the Project “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)” As part of the task "Comprehensive erosion-control development in the Jasień Forest District", development of skid trails is planned through the construction of corduroy roads and two culverts. These structures are planned for implementation in the Jasień Forest District: - in the Dąbrówka forest complex – a corduroy road approximately 533 m long and 1 culvert - in the Chełm forest complex – a corduroy road approximately 251m long - in the Maków forest complex – a corduroy road approximately 751 m long and 1 culvert The subject of the contract includes the preparation of independent review reports for the design and cost-estimate documentation and the provision of investor’s supervision over the performance of construction works and settlement with the construction works contractor – as part of the investment task entitled: "Comprehensive erosion-control development in the Skawica Forest District" (task No. 02-30-2.2-09), implemented under the Project “Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and prevention of water erosion in mountainous areas – continuation (MRG3)” As part of the task "Comprehensive erosion-control development in the Skawica Forest District", development of skid trails is planned through the construction of corduroy roads and the construction of three stone fords. These structures are planned for implementation in the Skawica Forest District: - corduroy roads – in compartments 352, 353 and 354, three sections with lengths of approx. 389m, approx.122m, approx.170m, and one section in compartment 348 approximately 121m long - fords – one in compartment 348 (along the planned corduroy road) and two in compartment 353 (along the planned corduroy road) Procedure: open.
