The subject of the Competition is the development of a concept for the “Victoria Culture Quarter” by the Ruins of the Victoria Theatre in Gliwice (implementation part) and a vision for the development of the area located at 3 Barlickiego Street, together with the section of Przyjaźni Avenue located between Zwycięstwa Street and Dworcowa Street. The Competition includes: 1) implementation part – expansion of the Ruins of the Victoria Theatre; 1.2) study part – development of the section of Przyjaźni Avenue located between Zwycięstwa and Dworcowa Streets and the courtyard of the Youth Cultural Centre. The detailed scope of the Competition is described in the Competition Rules.
