Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the task “Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation together with the provision of author's supervision over the construction of a building for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Siedlce at Kazimierzowska Street”. A detailed definition of the scope of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the OPIW entitled Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the “SOPZ”. The requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the OPiW shall be treated as the subject matter of the contract and a description of the Contracting Authority's needs and an indication of the characteristics of the services constituting the subject matter of the contract, as well as the minimum requirements concerning the description of the subject matter of the contract or performance of the contract, which are not subject to negotiation and which all tenders must meet. 4.1. The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the task “Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation together with the provision of author's supervision over the construction of a building for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Siedlce at Kazimierzowska Street”. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Preparation of the BIM Plan document according to the schedule and assumptions specified in Annex No. 1 to the SOPZ – BIM Requirements. 2) Preparation of multi-discipline design documentation, including: a) three functional and spatial concepts, b) an architectural and spatial design concept, c) a construction design, d) detailed designs, e) bills of quantities, f) investor's cost estimates, g) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, for the investment task entitled "Construction of a building for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Siedlce at Kazimierzowska Street", as well as obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a final building permit decision. 3) Obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all necessary documents (in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of law), and in particular: technical conditions, opinions, technical studies, arrangements, permits and decisions, including the building permit decision. 4) Exercising author's supervision during the works carried out on the basis of the above documentation until the date of obtaining the occupancy permit decision. 5) Preparing the description of the subject matter of the contract for construction works in accordance with Art. 103 of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320).
