Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1) preparation of design documentation for the construction of a sanitary sewer system and the reconstruction/construction of the water supply network in Tomaszowska Street in Łódź, divided into tasks: Task 1: Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a sanitary sewer system together with lateral branches in Tomaszowska Street, on the section from Kolumny Street to property Tomaszowska 121, length approximately 786 m. Task 2: Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction/construction of the water supply network together with connections in Tomaszowska Street from property 165 to property 119, length approximately 723.08 m 2) exercising author’s supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with the design documentation, at the request of the Contracting Authority, under the terms specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 2. The subject matter of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 1.
