Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for an investment task implemented under measure FENX.01.01 Energy efficiency, priority FENX.01 Support for the energy and environment sectors from the Cohesion Fund of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme, together with the provision of author's supervision. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts: • Part 1 of the contract - Preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the investment task entitled “Improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Warszawa-Bielany Tax Office, ul. Skalbmierska 5”, together with the provision of author's supervision; • Part 2 of the contract - Preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the investment task entitled “Improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Warszawa-Bielany Tax Office, ul. Skalbmierska 6”, together with the provision of author's supervision. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the “OPZ”, the scope, manner and requirements concerning the performance of the subject of the contract are specified by: • Part 1 - Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Model Contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ; • Part 2 - Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Model Contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2b to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is: Preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the investment task entitled “Improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Warszawa-Bielany Tax Office, ul.
