Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of multi-discipline design documentation for the investment project entitled “MedBase Silesia” Strategic pillar of mental health security. Expansion and modernization of the Mental Health Center /Mental Health Center/ in Chorzów”. In particular, the service in question consists of preparing multi-discipline design documentation together with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional and utility program (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454)] and investor’s cost estimates [in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on determining the methods and bases for preparing an investor’s cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design work and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2458], together with obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all administrative decisions and approvals necessary to commence and complete the construction works under the task entitled “MEDBASE SILESIA - Strategic pillar of mental health security. Expansion and modernization of the Mental Health Center / MentalHealthCenter/ in Chorzów”.
