Opportunity description
1. The subject of the contract is the development of a multi-option and multi-discipline concept for a double-track tram line with a total length of approximately 1.7 km, intended to connect the existing tram line from Bronowice with the existing tram line from Cichy Kącik, on the section between the existing Cichy Kącik tram and bus terminus and the intersection of Piastowska Street with Podchorążych Street/Bronowicka Street, as well as the preparation of the materials necessary to submit an application for the issuance of a decision on environmental conditions (DUŚ) and obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a final DUŚ decision for the resulting option. 2. Furthermore, as part of the subject of the Contract, a new tram and bus terminus must be designed on the site of the existing southern car park (from 3 Maja Street) at Synerise Arena Kraków (Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium) or in the vicinity of the intersection of Buszka Street and Piastowska Street. 3. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to develop a minimum of 2 options for the tram line route based on the routes proposed by the Contracting Authority: 1) Option I – a line running from the existing Cichy Kącik tram and bus terminus along Piastowska Street to the intersection with Podchorążych Street/Bronowicka Street, and a new tram and bus terminus on the site of the existing southern car park (from 3 Maja Street) at Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium (Synerise Arena Kraków). 2) Option II – a line running from the existing Cichy Kącik tram and bus terminus along Piastowska Street to the intersection with Podchorążych Street/Bronowicka Street, and a new tram and bus terminus in the vicinity of the intersection of Buszka Street and Piastowska Street. The contract is being implemented as part of investment task No. ZIM/ST6.2/20 entitled “Construction of the Cichy Kącik – Azory tram line”. 4. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following stages: Stage I – development of a multi-option and multi-discipline concept together with the preparation of the materials necessary to submit an application and submission, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of an application for the issuance of a DUŚ decision, confirmed by notification from the competent authority of the initiation of administrative proceedings concerning the issuance of the DUŚ decision; Stage II – obtaining the DUŚ decision together with submitting an application to make this decision immediately enforceable; Stage III – obtaining the final DUŚ decision and delivering the final version of the concept for the option indicated in that decision, in accordance with the scope of the concept. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the Contractor’s obligations are specified in the annexes to the SWZ, including, among others, the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter referred to as the PPU), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU, as well as the annexes to the OPZ made available in the form of a link.
